Location

Located on the corner of Lake Avenue and Melrose Place, the Kappa Sigma house was the first fraternity house built on the University of Tennessee's campus.

Built on the original fraternity row, it is a prime location
as it is closer to the strip, Fort Sanders, the library, the University Center, Presidential Court, and most classes and dorms than the new fraternity row.
